Jonathan Postma’s $12 Million Dollar Day
BOCA RATON (December 1, 2015) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s top-producing independent sales associate in the Boca Resort office, Jonathan Postma, sold two Boca Raton multimillion-dollar properties in one day: 1207 Spanish River Road sold for $6.6 million and 3700 South Ocean Boulevard Penthouse 1701 was offered for $6.495 million.
Postma also oversaw the complete renovation of the Spanish River Road property. In order to attract the attention of prospective buyers, he threw a lavish Fine Art Open House and Brokers Open, which featured the works of South Florida artist, Kyle Schindler, plus wine, cheese and live music.

Six Million Dollar Day for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Linda Weber
Two Longboat Key Properties Sold on the Same Day
SARASOTA (November 12, 2015) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Linda Weber of the company’s Longboat Key office sold two Longboat Key properties 3550 Mistletoe Lane for $3.55 million and 3040 Grand Bay Boulevard, #PH2101 for $2.45 million. Both properties closed on November 11 totaling $6 million. This is not Linda’s first $6 million day. She closed on 8306 Sanderling Road back in September for $6.275 million.
