Top 5 Sarasota/Manatee Real Estate Companies Ranked by REAL Trends
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Ranks Number 1 in Florida
SARASOTA (June 6, 2016) –According to the MLS, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate ranked second in both units sold and total sales volume with 2,815 units and $1.071 billion in total sales volume in 2015 for Sarasota County1. Earlier today, the REALTrends 2016 Market Leaders report was released. The report names Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate number three in sales volume and number four in closed units among Sarasota’s residential real estate companies in 2015.
In addition, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is once again the No. 1 brokerage in Florida, with leadership positions in Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg and Pensacola/Florida Panhandle, where the brokerage is No. 1 in both transaction units and sales volume.

With 85 offices and 5,000 independent sales professionals in Florida, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Sarasota closed $1.714 billion in sales volume and closed 4,987 transaction sides in 2015 according to REAL Trends.
