Street parking is free as well. The carport can also be used for storage. The tiny house is in the back of the lot. The heat is a space heater and the air conditioning is a wall unit. The tiny house does not offer a washer or a dryer. Local laundromats are available. Move-in fees are $80 for cleaning and $80 insurance fee. Linens are not included but can be added for a fee. Security deposit is $1000. Refundable pet deposit is $250. Pet rent is $25/pet/month for up to 2 pets. Maximum 2 animals. WINTER DISCOUNT - rent is reduced to $1050 from October to March.
