Do not block the shared driveway at anytime. Street parking is free as well. We do not offer TVs in the bedrooms but you can bring your own. Move-in fee is $350. Linens are not included but can be rented for a $300 one-time flat fee. Security deposit is $3600. Refundable pet deposit is $500. Pet rent is $25/pet/month for up to 3 pets. Maximum 3 animals. $3600 rent for leases of 11 months or longer. $4000 rent for leases of 6 to 10 months.
