I have thirty-five years of Mediation - Arbitration - with satisfactory results in the Real Estate industry, and, within that time, in 1989, I earned my Real Estate Brokers License.

My five years of higher education in Accounting resulted in a Bachelor of Science - and simultaneously two years of Business Administration resulting in an additional Bachelor of Science degree - following up with eight years of Internal and External auditing in the Banking Industry along with two years of Risk Analysis peer reviews in the Banking industry. I have also earned extensive ongoing classroom and seminar education related to Real Estate contracts and Leasing / Property Management Law.
