Education and Training

I am proud of the fact that my company, Coldwell Banker, has offered me so many opportunities for continuing education over the years. Real estate is a changing field and it is so important to keep current with real estate law, contracts and knowledge of changes in housing and financing. I am certified as a Buyer's Representative and Preview's Specialist. I also have a designation to work with Seniors.

Strengths

Strong commitment to customer service and extensive knowledge of the Atlanta marketplace. I have had the opportunity to live in many different parts of Atlanta in the last 30 years. I have a feel for our neighborhoods that I think enables me to share this knowledge with my clients. ;I think the hardest thing to do is to come into a new market area as a buyer and not be familiar with the differences of our neighborhoods in our very large city. Sometime buyers need to make a quick decision about what part of town to live in. This is where my experience comes in. I can do a great job of assessing your housing needs to guide you to the best possible neighborhood fit for your lifestyle.

Community Involvement

My primary volunteer activity is delivering Meals on Wheels to Atlanta area seniors who are unable to cook for themselves or have no transportation. This has been a great opportunity for me to meet so many seniors who just need a little assistance to enable them to live on their own in their homes.

Personal Background

I am a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 2. I am very lucky that all my children still live in the Atlanta area. Although I have lived in Atlanta most of my life, I have also had the opportunity to live in several other parts of our country, including Louisiana and Michigan.

Biography

I am a Georgia native with 30 years of real estate experience. I have lived in Atlanta for the last 30 years. Although I was born in Georgia, I have had the opportunity to live in many places before settling in Atlanta. I have lived in Memphis, Detroit ,Kansas City, and New Orleans. I believe my experiences in moving and enjoying all those different cities has been a great help to me in understanding so many of my real estate clients who have moved to Atlanta from all over the world.
