Community

Sean, proudly supports local charitable organizations through his participation in our Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES foundation as one of the Intown Offices' Cares Representatives. Since inception, CARES has donated more than $1 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations in the Atlanta Metro area.

Sean also serves as an active member of the Midtown Alliance, staying up to date with the various activities that go on within Midtown be it Arts and Culture or events in some of the various Pop-up parks. Sean, through the Midtown Alliance stays informed on community changes, such as new residential/office buildings as well as new green space and improved walking and bike trails. This insight allows Sean, to be a tool to the community he serves as well as to his clients.
