3 & 4 Jacks River Rd Epworth, GA 30541

Escape the noise and discover a property that feels like your own hidden piece of the North Georgia mountains! This unique 3.03-acre tract borders USFS land, giving you direct access to the kind of privacy and natural surroundings that are becoming harder and harder to find. The drive into the property is an experience all its own, winding through a beautiful wooded setting where the creek actually becomes part of the roadway in places, creating an unforgettable mountain entrance. Towering hemlocks, flowing water, and a peaceful creekside area provide an incredible setting to relax, explore, or create something completely your own. An existing cabin and creek crossing are already on the property but are currently in poor condition and will need substantial repair or replacement-bring your imagination and decide what comes next! Keep it rustic, create an off-grid mountain getaway, build a hunting retreat, weekend escape, or start fresh and turn the property into whatever your mind can dream up. Although the property offers an off-grid, tucked-away feel, there are several homes nearby, so you're secluded without feeling completely isolated. Located close to Watson Gap and the Cohutta Wildlife Management Area, you'll have thousands of acres of North Georgia mountain country practically at your doorstep. If you've been looking for a place to unplug, slow down, listen to the creek and get away from the rush of everyday life, this could be exactly the kind of property you've been waiting to find. **do not enter cabin, needs work**
