I was born in Seoul, Korea, and immigrated to Boston, MA in 1974. I studied at Boston University, and upon graduation moved to Los Angeles, where I worked for Bally of Switzerland, and for Coldwell Banker, Handcock Park Office. In 2003, I moved to Columbia, Maryland, and joined Rhee Bros Inc., Head Office of Assi Plaza International Food. I was the Project Manager for developing “ASSI PLAZA” as an international supermarket. In 2004, I managed building ASSI PLAZA supermarket, in PA. In 2008, I also managed building 2 ASSI PLAZA supermarkets in Sugarloaf and Duluth, Atlanta, GA; and managed building ASSI PLAZA supermarket in Chicago. In all of these projects, I managed the acquisition, design, construction, property management, commercial lease and tenant relationship.
I lived in Los Angeles, California, for 22 years from 1981 to 2003. During this time, I worked as General Manager at Bally of Switzerland on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills; and in late 1995, I joined Coldwell Banker Hancock Park Office. In 2003, I moved to Columbia, MD to be closer to my brother’s family, where I joined Rhee Bros, Inc. until I retired from the company in 2016. Upon retirement, I moved to Atlanta, GA.
My personal values are honesty, responsiveness, and integrity and community services. These values reflect my professional values as well in providing professional services as a real estate for my clients.
I have helped hundreds of families to find their dream homes. I understand many of their desire for finding the best environment for schools, amenities, commute, dining shopping and much more. My previous management skills and development experience for large commercial projects enhance my ability to better understand the broader community issues. These experiences allow me to provide detailed services to better assist my clients’ goals and objectives in their real estate needs. Personal Note: In 1999, I organized a production of a marketing and educational video, “Buying a Home is Easy as 1, 2, 3”, with other professionals to make home buying and selling experience easier. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, and service my church and community.
