Every home has a story

I have always loved Real Estate. It was a hobby of mine right out of college. I would look at houses on the internet, drive around different neighborhoods in the metro and just enjoyed watching what sold, what didn’t sell and figuring out why.

To this day, every house I look at I get excited. I often say, “if these walls could talk”. It’s fun to imagine the lives lived in the older homes and know that is how the house got its character. It is exciting to have a young family move into a home sold by a family whose kids have grown and are moving on and think of all the memories made. New construction is a joy to list and sell as well. Those moments will be made for the first time ever in the home, creating its story.

My time as a Metro Atlanta REALTOR

Before I became a REALTOR, I was a partner in a very successful wholesale representative company and had a showroom at the Atlanta Apparel Mart. This is where I learned the ultimate in customer service, patience, guidance, and professionalism. Ultimately, how to manage a growing and striving business as a whole, as well as, people. Becoming a REALTOR just made sense for me. I took my hobby and turned it into a career.

I differentiated myself as an agent by not focusing on just one area. I represented clients in buying or selling their home all over the Metro. I made it my mission to gain as much knowledge as possible in all of the areas that I worked in. If I did not have the answer, I found the answer for my clients. I sold it all from $82,000 land to $3 Million+ homes.

I worked with first time home buyers, people downsizing and upsizing, moving school districts, builders, flippers, investors, renters, people relocating out and people relocating in. Condos, townhouses, land, and single family homes. You name it, I have done it and loved every minute of it.

I am the INTOWN Managing Broker

I am now in a position that I LOVE even more than being a REALTOR. I get to take all of my experience (good and bad) from my past career, my career as a REALTOR and roll it all into one by teaching, coaching, guiding and supporting all of the agents in the INTOWN office. I put my agents first. I want to do everything that I can do to help all of our agents increase their production power and build wealth in our culture of awesomeness. INTOWN is fun, energetic, diverse and the place that I am happy to call home. We are a TEAM and we are a FAMILY. Success happens here.

As Rare as a Four-Leaf Clover

I am an Atlanta native – born and raised. I married the love of my life at Atlanta Country Club. Our family currently resides in East Cobb and we have for the past 12 years. My husband and I have lived ITP, OTP, and JOTP.

A mother of four (yes, four). My daughter, Emma (18 years old) attends Georgia Southern University; son, Jacob (15 years old) attend Walton High School, son, Casey (13 years old) attends Dickerson Middle School, and daughter, Sadie Byrd (6 years old) attends Mt. Bethel Elementary School. Who doesn't like having a child in elementary, middle, high and college at the same time?!?!? Never a dull moment.
