Earning a B.S. in Business Administration as well as a Master’s in Business Administration, has prepared Carol to tackle today’s most demanding business challenges. She has over 20 years’ experience in working in the corporate arena as well as the Telecom industry as a Buyers Analyst. She owns a nonprofit which was established because of the death of her youngest son which was a traumatic experience for her family. Her son was truly a leader in the community as well as the church. He led by example by feeding the homeless, ministering to the youth, and working in the community. As a result, Carol has adopted Robert Greenleaf’s theory of the Servant as Leader which he stated “The servant leader is servant first. It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve first.”

Carol helps her clients navigate the often-challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, with the result being a wonderful experience. She is committed to listening to the needs of her clients and utilizing her negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. When she is not busy helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 41 years, three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys singing and she is now learning to play the piano.
