The Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any and all water used for cooking or consumption. There are two NON-FUNCTIONING Fireplaces, that are cosmetic only. Tenant could use candles or electric logs only. The kitchen is open and on either side, there is both an eating area and a separate dining room overlooking the deck and backyard areas.
