- In 1985 he won the Elite Face of the Year. Subsequently he worked as a model for 17 years stationed in New York City, Paris, Milan, Madrid and Tokyo.
- As a model he worked on major campaigns for many brands like Moschino, Francesco Smalto, Gianfranco Ferre, Dr. Schultz, 3 Suisses, Reporter. He appeared on several magazines covers including GQ Japan!
