Angelica Recaido is a Real Estate Agent and Transaction Manager with Coldwell Banker Realty, and the Founder & CEO of Team PRO LLC, Partnerships in Real Estate Operations. With over ten years of experience across residential, commercial, 1031 exchanges, and vacant land/lot sales and transaction management, Angelica brings a powerful blend of expertise, organization, creativity, and heart to every transaction she touches.

At her core, Angelica is a natural helper and advocate. Her passion for serving others began long before real estate, while pursuing her Social Work degree at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. During that time, she worked as a tutor at her alma mater, James Campbell High School, helping students reach graduation, and volunteered as an intern and mentor for at-risk teens at the Hawaiʻi National Guard Youth Challenge Academy.

Angelica further refined her sales, service, and negotiation skills as an Ownership Consultant at Wyndham Waikiki, where she learned the art of delivering exceptional client experiences. She later stepped into her role with Coldwell Banker Realty, where she now supports agents and clients alike with precision, professionalism, and a reputation for getting things done.

Known for her enthusiasm, resilience, and highly personalized service, Angelica treats every transaction as if it were her own. Clients and partners trust her for her clear communication, strong follow-through, and unwavering commitment to excellence. She believes real estate is more than contracts and timelines, it’s about building relationships, protecting people’s best interests, and creating lasting impact.

In her spare time, Angelica enjoys staying active and adventurous, while also embracing her love for all things faith, beauty, creativity, and the little “girlie” joys that make life sweet. She finds joy in building and redesigning graphics, marketing and branding, adding sparkle to projects, interior styling, fitness, self-care, and hosting meaningful gatherings that bring people together. Her creativity, warmth, and genuine love for people naturally shine through in everything she does.
