More about Brandon Souza

Born and raised in Kapolei, known as Oahu’s “second city”, Brandon Souza is truly a son of Hawaii. His parents were amongst the first residence in Kapolei’s first new development subdivision: Kumuiki. Fast forward 30 years later and he has purchased his very first home for he and his family in the same subdivision just a street away. He has seen the changes, how this land has evolved, and the exponential growth from the decision his parents made 30 years ago. It was their decision to take that leap of faith and enter the market as soon as possible despite the uncertainties which sparked his passion for Hawaii Real Estate.

Before joining Coldwell Banker’s Honolulu Office, Brandon started off in a small brokerage in Kailua. He discovered that the competitiveness of the Hawaii Real Estate market would require a stronger supporting network and the need to accurately identify the daily pulse of the market to better serve his clients. This is why he made the switch to the Top Producing Real Estate Office in the State of Hawaii.

Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2017, Brandon has been an establishing entrepreneur. He is a small business owner (www.maukaman.com) and a working Hawaiian musician when his availability outside of real estate permits. After earning his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, he worked at the State Capitol and was also a school teacher. The accountability, relationship building and hard work of entrepreneurship has granted him the opportunity to truly discover the joy of serving people and delivering high caliber customer service.

He is blessed by God to serve his family, friends and clients across the entire island of Oahu and continues to keep a close bond with his clients who have now become family. Brandon is a family man. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Ke’ala and father to his son and daughter.
