I grew up in Gumi and Daegu, South Korea and came to Univ. of Hawaii in 2000 as an exchange student while I was on Ph.D program with Graduate school of Kyungpook National University in Management Information System. After one-year program, I worked for an immigration law firm as a manager for 5 years in downtown Honolulu and later opened up my own business as a consultant and immigration document preparers for Korean community. Also because of my passion in real estate area, I joined the prestigious Coldwell Banker in 2013. I enjoy looking at this amazing environments, beautiful natures in Oahu and find a great joy for finding a matching homes to buyers for their budgets and desires of wishing home conditions. Some are extremely expensive and some are quite reasonable depending on when and where we look at them. Real estate market is active, dynamic and realistic. Contently I learn to figure out where we are in terms of market trend. I love golfing, painting and hiking, which are not that costly in Hawaii yet such luxury life I feel and ceaselessly thankful for.
