More about Connie Lee Tuchman

Experience: International business owner, marketing manager, Navy wife, home designer, caregiver and moving 30+ times has prepared me for serving others in the real estate market. My husband is a retired U.S. Navy officer, in addition to working in private industry for over 30 years.

My goal is to put my client before myself and serve them. Every Buyer and Seller are of utmost importance regardless of price.

I have designed and built luxury homes, remodels, rebuilds and ADUs, including pools and landscaping. Plus, I have over 35 years of experience in Sales and Marketing including Proctor and Gamble and The Seven-Up Company. My real estate career began in Texas and is preceded by: Marketing Manager, Mom/Volunteer (Events coordinator and fund raiser), International Importer, High School Teacher and Caregiver.

Serving You: Making your dream a reality.

Selling: Obtain top dollar through; Proper staging, professional photography, informative internet marketing, quality flyers, showings, networking with other agents, negotiating and closing. A home does not sell itself on MLS, realtors do.
Buying: Touring the area and learning your needs: Work, school, financial, and social. I will provide you with a thorough Comparative Market Analysis and negotiate on your behalf. If you need me, just call or text.

Education:

B.S.--Oregon State University, Teaching Certification--Texas State University, Biblical Studies; Multnomah University
I am a Certified Family Consumer Science (CFCS) instructor in seven subjects: Clothing and Textiles; Foods and Nutrition, Personal Finance; Home Design; Child Development; Geriatrics; and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
My expertise is clothing and textiles: I am an award-winning couture seamstress with students that are designers in New York. I view designing a home similar to designing garments, it's just different materials.

Personal:

I am grateful that God has allowed me to be a breast cancer survivor of 17 years.
My college sweetheart and husband of 40+ years proudly served in the U.S. Navy.
My favorite job was raising our two children. David, his wife and our two grandchildren live in Nashville, and Christina lives in Denver.
