Jackie Hasegawa’s clients benefit from the depth of 13 years’ experience she has gained through participating in over one thousand real estate transactions, as well as, the skills she has acquired through her dynamic background prior to choosing real estate as her career.
In 2016, Jackie’s sales achievements place her in the top 2% of the over 8,000 real estate agents in the state. Also in 2016, she was awarded as an International President's Premier.
Her success is directly correlated to her focus on uncompromised customer service. Jackie’s strong client service skills and market expertise have attracted local and international clients who own and seek both mainstream and luxury properties. Jackie has earned the following designations; CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, e-Pro, SFR, CHMS; these have equipped her with the ability to negotiate for her clients’ best interest and ensure smoother transactions providing them with the best price, terms and the peace of mind they are searching for.
Jackie has represented clients in single-family home, multi-family home and condominium sales, traditional sales, luxury sales, short sales and distressed property sales. Her experience in these areas has equipped her with the vision to spot red flags in both properties and transaction processes, thereby, protecting her clients from any future challenges which can occur after the property is sold.
Prior to entering the real estate arena, Jackie spent 12 years as a Cultural Adaptation Specialist for the United States Marine Corp, Relocation Assistance Program, Jackie developed an expertise in understanding people’s unique needs and overcoming obstacles. She first used this experience in her own relocation businesses helping clients successfully navigate cultural, business and language differences.
Jackie Hasegawa was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan. She works with her life-long partner, Gary Hasegawa(RA) creating a strong Real Estate team. Gary has retired from the United States Government as a Work Life Consultant at Hickam Air Force Base. His understanding of both Military and Oahu’s local life style make them the perfect team.
Jackie is also a mother of an adult son who is a young business owner in Hawaii. Ever since she moved to Hawaii, she has become captivated by Hawaii’s rich culture which has motivated her to enroll in Hula Halau (School).
