John Steinmiller began his Real Estate career on Oahu with Worrall McCarter in 1989. Soon after, he earned his Brokers License and was with the company for 18 years as it later became Mary Worrall Associates Sotheby's International Realty. John became a Vice President and was a consistent top producer.

In 2007 John decided to join the largest Real Estate company on Oahu and moved his license to Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. John is a Luxury Property Specialist in the Diamond Head-Kahala office.  While John represents clients island wide, including the neighbor islands, he focuses his business between Diamond Head to Hawaii Kai.  He has sold numerous oceanfront properties in Black Point, Koko Kai and Portlock along with a number of marina front properties in Hawaii Kai.

Besides working in general brokerage John has also worked on various sales projects including West Loch Fairways, Diamond Head at Puulei, The Pinnacle, Manoa Hillside Estates and Kahala Kua.

Over the years John has been nominated several times for the Aloha Aina award for exceptional client service and has achieved Coldwell Banker International President's Elite status as being in the top 3% nationally. One of John's Kahala Avenue listings is among the highest sales prices ever for a non-oceanfront Kahala home.  Probably his most memorable sales was representing the owner of a large, private Diamond Head estate to a well-known Rock and Roll musician.

John enjoys the challenges and ever changing aspects of Real Estate. He is excellent in structuring and negotiating contracts and strives to support his clients in achieving their Real Estate goals, no matter the size or price of the property. Every Client is special!

John has lived on Oahu since 1972. He is a graduate of Radford High School and UH Manoa with a BA in Journalism. He has served on the Hawaii Kai Neighborhood Board as Chairman of Health and Safety and as a coach for Special Olympics canoe paddling and basketball. John is involved with Coldwell Banker's "Agents for Change", a company wide organization of Realtors working on community service projects focusing primarily on the needs of the Elderly and the Homeless.

John is an avid outrigger canoe paddler with Hui Nalu Canoe Club and lives on the marina in Hawaii Kai. John looks forward to sharing his expertise and passion for the islands with you. Mahalo!
