Lois Martin

Lois comes to Coldwell Banker Realty with over two decades of experience at the highest levels of executive search. As Founder and Principal of The Martin Group, she built lasting partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized technology companies — including Intuit, Facebook, Amazon, and Tesla — placing CFOs and senior Finance and Human Resources leaders.

The skills that defined Lois’s success in executive search — professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and strategic negotiation combined with in-depth market knowledge — are the same ones she brings to every client relationship in real estate.

Lois began her career in higher education administration at George Washington University and Georgetown University, before earning her MBA in Finance from George Washington University. She then joined Accenture’s San Francisco office as a Management Consultant — an experience that sharpened her analytical mindset.

Honolulu has held a special place in Lois’s heart since 1984. Over four decades of visits — including her honeymoon — deepened her connection to the islands and ultimately led her to build her real estate career here — one informed by years of personal experience on both sides of the transaction.

Born and raised in Wilmington, DE, Lois has lived in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, the San Francisco Bay area, Carmel, CA, and Denver before putting down roots in Honolulu.
