She co-founded Kahala Associates, Hawaii's first agent-owned real estate company, and has held leadership roles with the Hawaii Association of Realtors, Honolulu Board of Realtors, and Central Regional Group. Since 2015, she has been the Principal Broker at LIST Sotheby's International Realty.
