I will accompany you go through the whole process with transparency, to make sure you feel comfortable with each decision you make, until we have the best-satisfying outcome.

Buying or selling a property is also about money. Financial status need to be aligned among seller-lender- escrow-buyer. It’s a team work, and I will take the ownership guiding you through the process within the timeline, to make the whole process less stressful for you.

Detail oriented, goal driven, with a sense of responsibility - that is me. Before entering into real estate, I spent 14 years working with international companies in Shanghai, China, including eight years with Otis. By then, I was close partner to our company’s Operation President, managing 7 factories, involving engineering, global supply chain, Elevator/Escalator modernization, high-rise project and etc.. This experience enhanced my multi-function, time-management, and communication skills.

Outside of work, I am deeply rooted in the local community. You might see me during Girl Scout cookie season supporting my daughter, or volunteering as a tutor and assisting with reading programs through Tzu Chi Foundation at Palolo Elementary School. I also enjoy my time with my husband, daughter, and son. I love reading, beach walks, meditation, and tea.
