Walter Aguillard

Walter Aguillard is a Marine Corps veteran and originally from southwest Louisiana. He attended Guam Community College, where he received an AA Degree in Marketing. He later attended Hawaii Pacific University, where he earned a BA Degree in Visual Communications and ultimately, an MA in Communications. Utilizing his strength in communication, Walter's experience includes teaching English in Japan, he was a certified PADI scuba instructor in Guam and Hawaii, where he also worked as a trainer in the Staff Development Office for the State of Hawaii. Walter is also an FAA - Certified Drone Pilot. The opportunity to continue to help others inspired Walter to start a career in real estate.

Focusing on residential properties located in East Oahu and Waikiki, Walter strives in helping others as a motivation for building and sustaining his real estate career. He prides himself on dependability, personal accountability and always works towards continual professional development.

Outside of real estate, Walter currently owns and operates a car rental company and is fluent in Japanese. He enjoys several hobbies including photography, surfing, weightlifting, hiking, sailing and scuba diving. He is also a member of The 501st Legion, which is a global all-volunteer non-profit organization that seeks to promote interest in Star Wars through the building and wearing of movie screen quality costumes. It also contributes to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work, most notably through the Make-A-Wish foundation.

Walter continues to live in East Oahu with his wife, two children.
