Seller and listing agent have no knowledge as to the extent of the remodel done. The Universal Land use: SFR. One unit appears to have one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The other unit appears to have 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a living area. I could not find the kitchen. Property has two meters: 557094 (Acct #201018922124) and 377580 (Acct #201018922132). Although electricity is turned on, there is no the power in the house. The water is turned on as well. However, the galvanized pipes are old- the main water shut off valve is OFF- Seller and listing agent have no knowledge of the rental income nor are they in possession of any financial documents. The property appeared to have been self- managed by the previous owner.
