Moving to Oahu nearly 23 years ago from San Diego, California with a background in financial planning and private banking investment of over eight years, Francine planted new roots and made beautiful Kaneohe her home.

Here she started a family and continued assisting people with financial planning where she met a client that piqued her interest in real estate. Being encouraged by this client noting that she’d “be really good at it” Francine decided to make a shift and pursue a career in real estate in 2007. Immediately recognizing this was going to be an exciting and engaging career path, she jumped with both feet in and has never looked back.

Over the last 14 years in real estate, Francine’s ability to mesh her financial planning expertise with applications within the real estate markets have proven to be a great asset to a variety of clientele. Whether it be the first time home buyer or investor, a Veteran exercising one of their best benefits, or experienced buyers and sellers ready to make a shift, Francine’s always beyond dedicated to help them reach their financial goals through real estate.

While serving her Seller clientele, Francine discovered a way to offer additional services while satisfying her creative side and passion for design by adding staging services for her clients. What started out to provide a further benefit to her clients, ended up sparking another successful business within her real estate career by staging for other real estate professionals.

In addition to serving her clients, she has also dedicated her time to the Honolulu Board of Realtors serving as elected Windward Regional Vice Chair in 2010 and 2011 and has volunteered on numerous charitable endeavors throughout the community, especially ones that involve offering safe havens and shelter for the homeless.

When not out there getting contracts accepted and closed, Francine embraces any moment she can spending quality time with her family and friends, spoiling her furry family members (often referred to as her favorite children) cooking up some of her most requested meals to share amongst friends, watching sports (NFL and MMA are her favs), and spending any chance she gets to be out on her boat in K-bay taking advantage of all Kaneohe’s natural gem has to offer.

Combining her passions with people provided an opportunity Francine does not take for granted. When you first meet her, you may start off as strangers, but in the end, she will call you a friend.
