With over twenty years of experience in real estate development, design, project management, and construction, Julio understands the complexities of real estate properties and has the vision and experience needed to realize the investment opportunities and possibilities in Hawai‘i.

He has partnered with design consultants, project managing the construction of new homes, home renovations, community centers, renewable energy projects, utility infrastructure upgrades, and commercial buildings. To date, he has worked on the construction of over 4,000 homes in Hawai‘i. He is excited to bring this fresh perspective to provide the best service for his real estate clients.

Julio currently resides in East Honolulu with his wife and rescue dog, Marshall. When he’s not busy at work, he enjoys playing basketball, hiking, watching football, and traveling. He was born in New Jersey and has lived in Miami and San Francisco. Julio graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of California Berkeley. He also earned his MBA from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
