They serve Residential and Commercial clients throughout the island of Oahu in Hawaii, the Bay Area, and the Central Valley Corridor through repeat business and referrals from past and current clients.

Sammy D and T are very proud of their Real Estate accomplishments. In a down-turn economy 2009, 2010 & 2011 they earned a sterling reputation with the banks and the community and were awarded for being one of the Top 250 Sales Professionals in the nation by The Wall Street Journal. In 2010 they also received "The 2010 International Presidents Premier" award, which only a handful out of nearly 80,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide received.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND:

"Sammy D. & Lady T" Real Estate Team have four wonderful children (3 Daughters, Tai, Breanna and Brandi & 1 Son Kitsana) a delightful Granddaughter Brooklyn, Grandson Steven, Baby Leela and now Baby Zoey. Sammy D, is a native from Thailand and enjoys sharing his cooking culture with friend and family while Lady T, enjoys finishing off the meal with her baking specialties. They often extend their cooking hospitality to those who attend their 1st open house of new listing. This allows the consumer to feel comfortable and ask Real Estate questions with ease while getting to know Sammy D and Lady T's outgoing, fun-loving, down-to-earth personalities. 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

"Sammy D and Lady T" Real Estate Team their Passion is People! They are tremendously involved in their community and are eager to step up and do whatever is needed. They serve on the board and are active members of many local non-profits, including North Modesto Kiwanis, ShadowChase Running Club, Teen’s Run Modesto Program, Latino Roundtable Committee and Successful Women of the Central Valley. They enjoy walking Marathons, staying fit and mentoring, motivating and empowering others to do the same.
