Jody W. Libed

A life-long resident of Hawaii, I bring 40+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing and have been ranked in the top 10% in my former sales positions in the telecommunications, retail and media industries. After a successful career in Sales and Marketing, I transferred my enthusiastic approach, professional integrity, and in-depth community and market knowledge to the real estate field.

Having successfully bought and sold numerous properties since the age of 19, I have honed my skills of effective negotiation and marketing savvy. My philosophy is that a great long-term relationship is more valuable than any single transaction. My commitment to my clients is based upon an emphasis towards creating a personal client service that goes beyond expectation. I will work hard to help my clients achieve their dream; be it their first home, an investment, or a long-term equity property.

Along with my extensive background in Sales and Marketing, I have a strong working knowledge of Hawaii, its culture and its people from my experiences as an active board member of several community associations; (Portlock Community Association, Kahala Community Association) and as a previous American Studies Instructor at the University of Hawaii, specializing in local cultures.
