Aloha — I'm Barbara Coote.

After two decades as an Army logistics officer, I retired with one conviction: service doesn't stop when you take off your uniform. As a logistics officer, my job was never to have all the answers — it was to find the right resources and get them to the right people at the right time. That's exactly what I do now, just for homeowners instead of soldiers.

I'm a licensed Hawai'i REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker and a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I specialize in distressed properties, complex transactions, and helping veterans, active duty military, and Native Hawaiian families understand every option available to them before making any decision.
