My business philosophy is very simple: "Sell a product that you believe in and the sale will come much easier than trying to sell something that you don't believe in." That is the reason that I enjoy selling real estate so much. I purchased my first home when I was 22 years old because I really do believe in the investment of property rather than renting property. In the end, there are really only two human needs-food and shelter.
