Relocation Experience

In 2004 Alan received his initial training and certification for representing buyers and sellers in corporate relocations. In the last 7 years he has assisted dozens of corporate transferees and families find their new Chicago area home. Those searches have extended past the city limits west to the Village of Oak Park and north to the City of Evanston. Properties purchased in these home quests have ranged from a lakefront studio condominium to a 6 bedroom single family home in Lincoln Park.

In 2010 Alan represented three families transferring from Ohio, Texas and Michigan. All three chose new construction in Near North Chicago neighborhoods. In one case, the house search involved extensive school research needed to match three children entering grammar, middle and high school.

Years of working with relocating families has given Alan a unique vantage point from which he assists his relocation clients.
