Betsy Green owned and managed her boutique RE brokerage called Lincoln Park Homes with a partner for 20+ years with sales over $120m.

There, she recruited and trained new Chicago agents and doubled sales volume four consecutive years in a row. Much of Betsy’s success is attributed to her keen ability to train new agents by personally guiding field tours and pointing out nearly everything that encompasses attention to detail plus conscientious adherence to a client's needs. Listening intently to all that clients had to say facilitated her ability to help them sort must-haves, value, and long term real estate objectives. Each of her recruits secured a sale within their first month of work - one such new broker is a now a premier luxury agent in the city of New York.

As a real estate investor and advisor, Betsy personally completed over 10 property rehabs as GC and shares her knowledge about quality buildings while consulting with top Chicago RE attorneys and coveted home inspector colleagues. Betsy doesn’t just list property, sells it.
