Eve Heffer is an established Real Estate Broker at the Gold Coast Office with over ten years of experience in the Chicago market. She has also been licensed in New York and California. The knowledge she has acquired throughout her career has made her adept in interpreting trends in our ever changing markets, making her a great asset to any client. Her clients have included several foreign investors who buy properties sight unseen by looking at a floor plan and evaluating the numbers. For those she has recommended attorneys, home inspectors, and everything needed to assist them with renovations and rentals. This makes the experience of working with her one stop shopping. Eve was born in Austria, but is a long term resident of Chicago, having graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Anthropology. Prior to her interest in real estate, she was active in the travel industry and visited many parts of the world by writing travel articles. She currently supports Chicago’s arts and culture, and donates to numerous charities as well the area’s animal shelters, among them the Anti-Cruelty Society and Orphans of the Storm. She recommends adopting pets from shelters and shares her home with several cats, all alumni of the Anti-Cruelty Society. When not focused on real estate, Eve enjoys foreign travel, listening to music, visiting museums, going to movies, attending theaters with friends, keeping up with the latest trends in interior design and fashion, and growing orchids.
