Faiyaz was inspired to join the real estate industry after going through transactions himself and finding himself not having consistent experiences. He focuses on being the best partner for his clients and is passionate about educating them from the time he meets them to ensure they are comfortable with the home buying/selling process. Faiyaz was born and raised in Chicago and currently lives in South Loop with his wife and daughter. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from DePaul University and has 8 years' experience in corporate financial planning & analysis. He also manages his own residential investment properties in both the Hyde Park and South Loop area,  of which he adds to at every opportunity.
