Jill Dana Kellogg has an extensive professional background in Sales and Management. She began her career in residential real estate in 2014, and in 2016 transitioned to an asset manager role with a Chicago-based private equity real estate fund. There, Jill managed a moderately complex real estate portfolio that contained an assortment of commercial and residential properties. She gained experience selling assets, negotiating leases, supervising renovations, inspecting and analyzing assets, and arranging appraisals or valuations as necessary. Most recently, she became a Specialist on Coldwell Banker NRT’s Deconversion Team. Jill develops and retains business through exceptional service to customers and internal partners.
