Before entering real estate, Kristin earned a B.A. in business from the University of Iowa and went on to work as a pharmaceutical sales representative, eventually selling respiratory equipment to nursing homes for Vencor Hospitals. When Vencor purchased a chain of nursing homes, Kristin jumped at the chance to become a licensed nursing home administrator. This position required meticulous organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving ability. Quickly promoted to director of development, Kristin created a unique, performance-driven marketing plan that led her sales team to success.
