About Kyla

After 30 years invested in real estate, Kyla Martensen has the type of full-circle experience and resources few agents can boast. Kyla started as the landlord of a multi-unit condo property, while also finding success rehabbing several investment buildings along the way. Now she has taken her cumulative knowledge and focused it squarely on the buying and selling of residential properties as a real estate agent for the Coldwell Banker Realty in Chicago. Kyla gives a fresh approach and thinks outside the box. Also specializing in probate and sensitive dealings to make for a smooth transaction.

"I have been on both sides of the fence, so to speak," Kyla explains. "Having experience in many different facets of the real estate equation has given me the ability to understand everyone's point of view and offer unique solutions to any type of real estate scenario that may arise."

Kyla cites her tremendous customer service as one of her biggest keys to success. The real estate goals of her clients quickly become very personal to her, and she takes great care in making sure each and every person walks away knowing they received her very best guidance. As a successful business owner herself for over 30 years, Kyla understands the key elements of how clients should be treated.

Kyla is a life long Chicago resident. Although she has traveled the world, this city has always held a special place in her heart and she relishes the opportunity to make it a place to call home for her clients. She currently specializes in the Logan Square, Mayfair, Lakeview, Bucktown, Gold Coast and Lincoln Park neighborhoods.

When not helping people find their next dream home, Kyla enjoys volunteering with rescue animals.
