He works alongside his clients, acting as a partner to help them reach their real estate goals. He truly enjoys working with people and loves seeing the many different types of properties Chicago has to offer.

Paul also strives to stay on top of market trends. He spends a lot of time researching the local market so he can share updates with the buyers, sellers, and developers he works with. As someone who used to work for an educational development house and the Northwestern University Press, Paul is a strong believer in ongoing education. He attends Coldwell Banker’s training and other real estate training classes whenever possible to learn about new resources and technology so he can provide the best service possible.

Providing Neighborhood Knowledge

After attending Oklahoma City University, Paul moved to Chicago, where he has lived in Chicago for over 40 years. Currently living in Lincoln Square, where he has been since 1985, he focuses his business on his own neighborhood, as well as North Center, Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Andersonville, West Ridge, Evanston, Ravenswood Manor, and the surrounding north-side areas.

When not focused on business, he spends time with his wife and three children and enjoys playing softball and touch football. He also coaches, supervises, and umpires for the Welles Park Baseball Program.
