Sang has been a resident of Chicago since 1974 and has lived in virtually every part of the city. He knows Chicago like nobody else.

As an adult, Sang purchased his first home in West Pilsen. Since then, he has purchased and flipped houses in Roscoe Village, Wrigleyville, and Bridgeport. Real estate has been one of his greatest passions in life.
