Shan Keter White is a Real Estate Professional who prides herself on integrity, excellence, positive energy, and strong negotiating skills. A native Milwaukeean, she grew up in the great city of Milwaukee, doing volunteer work and mentoring youth. During the housing crisis of 2008; she assisted several homeowners prevent foreclosure as a Loan Modification Specialist with JP Morgan Chase Bank. She later transitioned into Real Estate, while during an Essence Festival gathering she connected with a Real Estate Investor. Now, together they Rehabilitate Foreclosed Homes and abandoned properties in the city of Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.

Shan Keter is very family oriented, devoted to God and her two wonderful children. She is very passionate about helping others become homeowners and rental property owners as well. She has worked every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers and investors in commercial and residential markets. She gets great satisfaction in knowing she is able to assist buyers with realizing Their American Dream.

A Philanthropist at heart, she enjoys giving back to the community; she does so by doing Free First-Time Homebuyer Seminars (virtually) monthly. In addition to her commitment to Real Estate, she enjoys being in nature, and relaxing in front of a fireplace watching a good comedy movie or family movies with her two kiddos. During the summer, you can find her in the yard nurturing her beautiful vegetable garden or at a local community event networking.
