Sybil was an incredible support in selling my condo, from listing to staging to negotiating the sale to being present at all points along the way. She offered professional advice about the best ways to position, price, and prepare my property. She was available at any time to explain the process, to offer advice when the buyer's inspector had a list of repairs (some of which were valid, some of which were not), to offer emotional support when the inevitable anxiety creeps in (like what if this falls through?) . She was present at every client walk-through, to be able to report things that I might need to attend to--she was present when the inspector walked through to be able to offer advice so I could schedule repairs even before the official report came. When the seller's mortgage company had questions about my condo association, she was able to bring in other another mortgage broker to help update their concerns to align with current Fannie Mae rules. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the comparable properties. My condo sold on the first day!!
