The newest member of the Summerville Partners team with Coldwell Banker Realty in Evanston, IL, Alex Zotos has proudly called Chicago, IL home for the past six years. Having personally navigated the home-buying process twice, Alex understands both the excitement and complexities that come with purchasing a property, from embarking upon the mortgage pre-approval process to coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines. Alex’s firsthand experience allows him to guide his buyer and seller clients with empathy, clarity, and confidence at every step.

After more than a decade helping high school students identify “best fit” colleges and universities as a former college admissions officer and college counselor, Alex transitioned into real estate to continue doing what he finds most rewarding: delivering an exceptional, highly personalized customer experience to help his clientele discover “best fit” properties. 

His robust counseling background, combined with his naturally detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills, translates seamlessly into helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the home-buying or selling process with clarity and ease. Alex believes that buying or selling a home is not just a transaction, but a meaningful life decision that deserves thoughtful guidance and a trusted partnership.

Outside of work, Alex can be found enjoying Chicago’s lakefront or exploring his favorite North Side neighborhoods, from Andersonville to Edgewater and Rogers Park, further deepening his knowledge of the communities he proudly serves.
