Kyle Capone is the founder of The Capone Group, a vertically integrated real estate firm established in 2014 to elevate how properties are acquired, redeveloped and lived in across Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Born and raised locally, Kyle pairs deep market knowledge, with a decade-plus record of multimillion dollars worth of transactions, advising investors, families and institutions with precision and care.

Kyle spent 10 years at Baird and Warner mastering negotiation, acquisitions, and asset repositioning across the residential and commercial sectors. His ability to identify underperforming assets and reimagine their potential quickly set him apart. Partnering with Coldwell Banker expanded his platform with global reach, elevated resources and a luxury-caliber client experience.

From redevelopment of land based on zoning, office, multi-family, retail, and hospitality assets to helping families transition into homes that match their lifestyle and desired school district, Kyle is known for his analytical mindset, decisive execution, and genuine commitment to elevating every space and every relationship.

Backed by a Finance degree from DePaul University and as an underwriting analyst for Wintrust Financial, Kyle brings a strong investment and risk-based perspective to each client and project he commits to. A dedicated community leader, he served as Rotary Club President and traveled to India to support Polio eradication efforts to rid the country of the infectious disease.

Outside of real estate Kyle enjoys traveling, visiting destinations such as Dubai, Maldives, Thailand, India, China and Europe; along with working out, golfing, boating/fishing, bowling, networking and spending time with his wife Liza and their son, Gio, his greatest inspiration.
