Having lived in Evanston since 2006 with her family, Michelle is originally from Clayton, Missouri and understands the emotional journey of relocating to a new city. She moved to Chicago to attend University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) where she earned her bachelors degree. She earned a Masters in Urban Planning & Policy (MUPP) from UIC’s College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs. When not working, you can find Michelle volunteering with Family Focus Evanston's After School program, travelling, cooking and listening to live music.
