WHAT HER CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

"When my husband and I decided it was time to move our family from downtown Chicago to the suburbs, we didn't know where to start, Beth worked with us to identify our home buying priorities and narrow down our search to a realistic and manageable point. The entire process went incredibly smoothly and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Beth to anyone looking to buy a house in the North Shore." Kate F, home buyer in Winnetka

"Beth is a voracious researcher, and I believe this was the key to our house being priced correctly and staged in just the right way which ultimately led to an offer within one week of listing. She made many visits to the house with colleagues to discuss pricing and staging, and she made thoughtful suggestions on where best to spend our "freshen up" budget. She was respectful of the fine line between spending more than can be recovered in the purchase price. She spent several hours learning about our extensive renovations and developed a narrative for the house that she personally delivered at each showing. "She was excellent at keeping us updated throughout the selling, contingency and closing process. I would definitely recommend Beth based on her professionalism, dedication and knowledge." Kim P, home seller in Winnetka

"Beth certainly earned her commission, both with the sale of my house and locating properties for me to rent. Not only was she a hard-working agent, but she always gave me very straight forward advice. I found it very easy to work with Beth."
Karen L., home seller in Winnetka

"I asked Beth to find something with parameters so narrow it was nearly impossible. Not only did she find a property for me, she found multiple properties that fit my needs and exceeded my expectations - and! - they hadn't hit the market yet. I don't believe that Beth sleeps...which gives her clients a real advantage. She never gets ruffled and has the best sense of humor, so she's fun to work with as well!" Julie S., home renter in Winnetka and Kenilworth

"Beth was fantastic and extremely helpful during the purchase of my first home!!" Cynthia A., home buyer in Glenview

"I put my house on the market at a deep spot in the housing recession. Beth guided me through the process and helped me get it sold when other homes had been on the market before mine and were still there after mine. She's the best." Kevin Y., home seller in Winnetka

"We highly recommend Beth Groebe to anyone interested in purchasing a home. We've been involved in buying/selling homes--and no agent compared to Beth. Beth is extremely knowledgeable on the area, particularly the North Shore neighborhoods. She was very adept at recommending locations that could meet our needs based on price, size, proximity to the city, schools, shopping centers, etc. But, beyond Beth being dedicated and knowledgeable we found that she was someone whose opinion we could trust. We surveyed dozens of home with Beth and in many cases Beth would be the first one to suggest the house was not for us. But, she never gave up, and was exhaustive in helping us find just the right home. Importantly, there was never one moment where we felt Beth was pressuring us to buy a house we did not want. And during the contract negotiations, which can sometimes turn tedious and long, we never felt she stopped working to get us the best deal possible. Dave and Sabrina, home sellers in Skokie and home buyers and sellers in Northbrook

"Beth was my broker in selling my home and the purchase of my condo. She was very effective in both these matters. Beth was outstanding as my advocate/personal advisor and had my best interests at all times. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone wishing to make a real estate "change." Gil E., home seller in Glencoe and condo buyer in Wilmette

"We would highly recommend Beth if you want to work with someone who is knowledgeable, professional and well prepared to deal with the ups and downs of selling a home. Beth stays calm, cool and collected. Beth was great to work with and you should consider talking to Beth for your next real estate transaction; you won't be disappointed." Linda and Charlie, home sellers in Winnekta.
