Jim joined his wife, Pam, in the real estate business in 2010 after a distinguished commercial and private banking career.  His financial background makes him a complementary asset to the business .  Jim spent nearly his entire banking career marketing products to corporate and private banking clients.  As he has said many times, the ability to put clients in winning position is the motivation that makes him love what he is doing.

Upon joining Pam, he has brought an understanding of the financial help clients need when making one of the biggest purchases of their lives.  His thorough knowledge of financial structures as well as his contacts in the financing industry add a valuable resource to the relationships he & Pam develop.  He is able to give advice on ways to make a sale or purchase work for their clients.  In addition, his experience with a variety of clients gives him a level of professionalism in understanding the financial and emotional situations presented by both buyers and sellers.  His negation skills have proved immeasurable as market conditions become more complex.
