Introduction

Born and raised on Chicago’s North Shore, Kathy Hartsig specializes in residential properties in and around her own back yard. She knows and believes that buying and selling a house is one of the biggest decisions made in a lifetime.  Therefore, she listens to the clients’ wish list and applies her strategy expertise to the current marketplace to find them the best fit.   

As an active member of the community, Kathy has vast knowledge of the wonderful array of school and neighborhood choices, important community highlights, and resources for new families to help them settle in to their new home.

After college in Boston Kathy returned to Chicagoland to teach elementary school and start a family in the community she’s always called home – the North Shore.
