Rachel is a native of the North Shore and has spent her career studying and becoming an expert in the Real Estate Market she grew up in. Rachel went to New Trier High School, received a BS from the University of Illinois-Champaign, and a received a scholarship from Coopers & Lybrand towards an MA from University of Southern California. Rachel spent five years in the financial industry first with Coopers & Lybrand and then was recruited by Kraft Foods in Glenview as a Senior Financial Analyst. Rachel embarked on her real estate career in 1998 and started her own real estate firm, Perl Properties, where Rachel was a million dollar producer.

Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Allen, her three daughters, Emery, Eden, and Ellie, her two dogs Samson (an English Mastiff) and Jake (a Golden Retriever), collecting art, yoga, and entertaining family and friends at her home in Northfield.
