Brian Kelley

Brian Kelley brings a unique combination of deep local roots and extensive business experience to his real estate clients. Raised in the Hubbard Woods neighborhood of Winnetka, Brian has a lifelong connection to the North Shore and has lived in Northfield since 2013 with his wife and three daughters, all of whom attend local public schools.

Brian holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and spent more than 20 years building a career in marketing, advertising, and brand management. He began in account management at Leo Burnett and Foote, Cone & Belding, working on high-profile clients including the U.S. Army, AT&T Wireless, and Hoover. He later held marketing roles at Kellogg’s, Whirlpool, and FRAM, where he managed well-known brands such as Maytag and Eggo.

This broad professional background instilled in Brian a strong foundation in customer service, strategic thinking, and attention to detail—skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
In recent years, Brian transitioned into real estate, drawing on his hands-on experience as an owner and self-manager of multiple short-term rental properties. His firsthand understanding of buying, owning, and managing real estate ultimately led him to become a licensed agent.
Today, Brian leverages his diverse experience and market knowledge to guide clients through every step of the process, helping them achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf (with mixed results), and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
