Her journey in real estate began in high school, when her mother joined a New Jersey brokerage that would later become part of the Coldwell Banker network—giving Natasha an early, authentic understanding of the agent experience.

After earning her master’s degree in Training and Organizational Development in Chicago in 2003, Natasha stepped into her first leadership role, where she seamlessly merged her educational background with her love of real estate. She discovered what would become her professional calling: empowering agents to learn, grow and build thriving, sustainable businesses.

Over the years, Natasha has led offices across the North Shore, including Libertyville, Northbrook and Glenview, strengthening her reputation as a trusted, knowledgeable and highly supportive designated managing broker.
